Onboarding — a two-stage pipeline. Onboard resolves each company and registers it (exact / approximate / none). Fetch then pulls the complete open-jobs list per company into the store and reports totals + what's new since the last fetch.
Step 1 — Onboard registers companies without fetching any jobs (fast). Step 2 — Fetch / refresh polls every onboarded company and pulls its open roles into the store: the first run sets the baseline, and running it again is the refresh — it appends any newly-posted roles. The Monitor tab then filters this store (no re-fetching).

Blocked means the company would be covered via the aggregator (TheirStack), but the account is out of credits — a billing issue, not a coverage gap. Top up TheirStack and these become approximate.
One row per company: coverage is filled on Onboard, the fetch columns fill in live on Fetch. Each company is capped at 150s; roles aren't listed here, only counts.
